Abstract:

采用悬浮聚合制备了醋酸乙烯酯-三烯丙基异氰酸酯共聚物大孔树脂颗粒,研究了交联剂和致孔剂用量对大孔树脂颗粒密度、孔体积和孔隙率的影响,结果表明树脂的孔体积和孔隙率随致孔剂的用量及树脂颗粒直径的增加而增大。空气声吸收性能测试结果表明在PU/EP共混物基体中加入大孔树脂颗粒能增强其吸声效果;水声性能测试表明在PU/EP共混物基体中加入10%(质量分数)的大孔树脂颗粒能显著提高其吸声系数,平均吸声系数由0.13增加到0.65,峰值由0.29增加到0.94。
