等离子原位冶金复合碳化钨合金组织特性与结晶机理研究

Abstract:

采用等离子原位冶金技术得到了复合碳化钨合金.通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析、硬度测试等手段对其微观组织、物相组成和结晶机理进行了研究.结果表明复合碳化钨合金的组织比较均匀,硬质相主要为WC,W2C,Fe3W3C和少量Cr7C3,平均硬度HRA可达84.2,合金中的WC相显微硬度HV0.1可达2636.高温液相熔体中,WC的形核主要靠溶解扩散反应方式,生长方式为以(0001)面为基面,沿〈0001〉方向的层片状堆叠方式生长,最终成长为层片状三角棱柱空间结构,晶粒最大能长到70μm以上.
