热等静压工艺参量对ZTC4钛合金组织的影响规律

Abstract:

通过定量金相方法系统研究了热等静压温度、时间、压力等工艺参量对ZTC4钛合金显微组织的影响规律。结果表明相对于ZTC4钛合金原始铸态组织,经过热等静压处理后试样的β晶粒尺寸和α片层厚度均明显长大。随着热等静压温度的升高和保温时间的延长,β晶粒尺寸和α片层厚度分别增长了40~70μm和0.6~1μm,并且增长趋势呈近线性;而随着热等静压压力的增加,β晶粒尺寸和α片层厚度则呈现出先增加后减小的规律。相对原始铸态组织,热等静压处理后ZTC4钛合金组织β晶粒尺寸和α片层厚度分别增长12%~25%和57%~100%。
