Ni-Zn-La铁氧体/聚苯胺纳米复合材料的原位合成与性能研究

Abstract:

采用超声场下原位聚合法制备了Ni-Zn-La铁氧体/聚苯胺纳米复合材料。其结构、形貌和电磁性能分别采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和HB8510网络矢量分析仪进行了研究。结果表明盐酸掺杂后的聚苯胺是部分结晶的;Ni-Zn-La铁氧体与聚苯胺分子链之间存在某些相互作用;与聚苯胺相比,Ni-Zn-La铁氧体/聚苯胺纳米复合材料的复介电常数的实部ε'值减小、虚部ε"值增大、介电损耗角正切值tanδε增大。在高于8.4GHz的频率范围内,Ni-Zn-La铁氧体/聚苯胺纳米复合材料的复磁导率的虚部μ"值和磁损耗角正切值tanδm均高于聚苯胺。
