Hummers法合成石墨烯的关键工艺及反应机理

Abstract:

采用经典的Hummers法合成石墨烯,对合成温度、反应时间、氧化剂的添加量、还原剂的加入量等实验条件进行改变,研究了影响合成的关键工艺。结果表明控制高温反应的温度在90~100℃范围内是提高产率最为关键的因素。控制低温反应的温度接近0℃,中温反应的温度为30~45℃,保证反应时间分别大于30min和60min,并添加过量的氧化剂,可以使产率得到一定的提高。
