冷轧钢表面锆盐复合硅烷涂层的性能及结构研究

Abstract:

采用溶胶-凝胶法,以氟锆酸钠与1,2-双(三甲氧基硅基)乙烷(BTMSE)为前驱体,在冷轧钢基体上制备无机/有机复合硅烷涂层。采用电化学技术(Tafel曲线与阳极极化曲线)及硫酸铜点滴实验对比考察复合硅烷涂层与纯硅烷涂层防腐性能。使用SEM,FTIR,XPS等测试方法考察其腐蚀前后表面形貌、官能团组成、元素价键结构等性质。结果表明相比于纯硅烷涂层,复合涂层的腐蚀电流密度明显降低,极化电阻明显增大,腐蚀前后微观形貌基本不变。通过XPS对价键进行分析,认为在金属表面形成了Si-O-Zr键。对锆盐在金属表面成键及防腐机理进行探讨,并提出了新的结构模型。
