反应型聚氨酯热熔胶的制备及其粘接性能的研究

Abstract:

以4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、采四氢呋喃醚二元醇和1,4-丁二醇为基本原料,采用两步本体聚合方法制备了一种耐热性能好、粘接强度高的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶黏合剂(RHMPA)。通过拉伸剪切强度和对接粘接强度来研究不同扩链温度和时间对RHMPA粘接性能的影响。结果表明热熔胶粘接强度不仅随着扩链反应时间的延长而变大,还随着温度的升高而升高,并且,反应温度越高,对接粘接强度增大的幅度越明显。同时,还研究了热熔胶在盐酸溶液、NaOH水溶液、80℃的热水以及-20℃的低温下处理10h后粘接性能的变化,研究表明,这种热熔胶粘接性能没有发生明显的变化,表现出良好的耐化学性能。
