先进复合材料T300/5405综合环境实验谱的研究

Abstract:

运用扫描电子电镜(SEM)、动态力学分析(DMA)和红外光谱分析(IR)技术,研究了先进复合材料T300/5405在四种综合环境实验模式下的吸湿性能变化、弯曲强度和剪切强度变化趋势,探讨了复合材料T300/5405的老化机理。研究发现先进复合材料T300/5405的吸湿性能并不随循环老化方式的不同而产生明显的变化;力学性能的变化对老化方式也并不敏感。显微结构分析表明间断性的紫外辐射对复合材料造成了明显的破坏。老化方式4对复合材料的物理性能影响显著,复合材料的玻璃化转化温度在经过老化后有所降低。
