磷酸盐—重铬酸钾体系中钛合金微等离子体表面陶瓷化

Abstract:

采用微等离子体氧化技术在钛合金表面原位生长一层陶瓷膜。在以磷酸盐体系为电解液的基础之上,为进一步提高膜层的抗腐蚀性能,尝试向电解液中添加重铬酸钾,对所得陶瓷膜与前者进行比较膜层的致密性增加;经XPS分析,发现膜层中磷元素增加而且有少量的铬元素出现;经循环伏安测试,表明陶瓷膜的抗点腐蚀能力明显增强,并分析了重铬酸钾对所得陶瓷膜的影响作用。
