新型Yb2SiO5环境障涂层1400℃高温氧化行为

Abstract:

采用电子束物理气相沉积和等离子喷涂工艺在Cf/SiC基体上制备出Si/3Al2O3·2SiO2+BSAS(1-xBaO-xSrO-Al2O3-2SiO2,0≤x≤1)/Yb2SiO5环境障涂层,研究该涂层在1400℃恒温环境下的抗氧化性能。结果表明涂覆环境障涂层的Cf/SiC试样,在氧化实验进行到80h时开始出现失重。3Al2O3·2SiO2+BSAS中间层内的Ba和Al元素向外扩散,并在Yb2SiO5面层中发生反应生成BaO2和Al2Yb4O9,BSAS在1400℃恒温氧化环境下发生烧结和收缩,以及由于热膨胀系数差异造成的环境障涂层内残余应力的产生均是导致涂层过早剥落失效的主要原因。
