Abstract:
本文介绍电感耦合等离子体(ICP)——循环雾化系统的研制、仪器的特性、分析方法的建立,可对微量样品(0.5~10mg)进行定量分析,准确度较好,已成功地应用于高温合金、铝合金和贵重合金等的分析.
