Ag对NiAl合金组织和性能的影响

Abstract:

研究了Ag对NiAl合金显微组织和压缩性能的影响.结果表明NiAl-Ag合金是由NiAl和富Ag的固溶体两相组成,富Ag相随Ag含量的增加而增加.Ag在NiAl合金中的固溶度很低,它们组成了伪二元偏晶体系.少量Ag的加入提高NiAl合金的强度,而大量Ag的加入则降低其强度.这种强化与弱化效果归因于Ag的固溶强化和塑性第二相(富Ag相)的软化作用.Ag合金化能显著提高NiAl合金的室温压缩塑性.
