超弹性NiTi记忆合金平台应力在约束加热过程中的变化

Abstract:

采用变温拉伸机研究了超弹状态NiTi记忆合金“平台”应力在约束加热过程中的变化.研究结果表明对应于马氏体正、逆相变的上、下“平台”应力随温度升高而上升,其中上“平台”应力升高速率小于下“平台”应力升高速率;当温度超过到一定值后,上、下“平台”应力与温度的关系曲线重合.同时探讨了在约束加热过程中的马氏体正、逆相变行为.
