成膜温度对镁合金铈转化膜性质和性能的影响

Abstract:

本工作采用重量法、X射线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了成膜温度对AZ31镁合金铈转化膜的形成速率、物相、形貌以及耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明升高成膜温度可加快成膜速率,有利于膜晶相结构的完善,有利于形成较为完整的膜,从而可提高膜的耐蚀性能。
