超级电容器用纳米MnO2的阴离子还原剂制备研究

Abstract:

以KMnO4为氧化剂,以NaHSO3为阴离子还原剂制备了超级电容器用MnO2。运用N2吸附、SEM和XRD对氧化锰进行了形貌和结构表征。通过循环伏安和恒流充放电测试研究了氧化锰的电化学性能。结果表明实验制备的MnO2为无定型结构,粒径为20~40nm,比表面积为155.4m2·g-1。在1mol·L-1的(NH4)2SO4溶液中,在-0.4~0.5V(vsSCE)的电位范围内表现出典型的法拉第赝电容行为,电流密度为10mA·cm-2时,其比容达到325F·g-1。
