Abstract:

采用等温恒应变速率热压缩试验研究9%Cr耐热钢等轴锻态组织1000~1300℃、应变速率0.005~5s-1、50%变形程度条件下的热变形行为,分析热变形参数对应力-应变曲线和微观组织演变机理及规律的影响,并建立该合金不同应变条件下的热加工图.结果表明9%Cr耐热钢突破传统始锻温度控制在1200℃左右的现状,采用适当提高热变形温度、增大应变速率的热变形新工艺,可以获得良好的组织和性能,并能够有效地防止裂纹的产生.
