氯胺酮依赖脑内作用靶点的可视化研究

Abstract:

应用SPECT分子影像技术在生理状态下可视化研究氯胺酮依赖的脑内损害靶点。随机选择20例来北京大学深圳医院门诊就诊的氯胺酮依赖患者,随机有偿招募的31例健康志愿者为对照组,分别对其行SPECTDAT显像。由专业医师对上述患者的显像结果进行定性及定量分析,计算氯胺酮依赖患者和健康志愿者纹状体的体积、质量和纹状体与全脑放射性比值(Ra)。所得结果采用SPSS16.0软件进行t检验分析。健康志愿者对照组双侧纹状体外形饱满、等大,放射性分布均匀对称,呈“熊猫眼”形态;氯胺酮依赖组双侧纹状体明显变小,外形呈多种形态改变,双侧纹状体DAT的分布、结合位点、数量和活性下降;同时脑内放射性分布紊乱,非特异摄取明显增多。双侧纹状体体积为(21.03±3.15)cm3、质量为(22.08±3.31)g、Ra=(5.37±1.08)%,均低于健康对照组(p<0.01)。氯胺酮依赖的脑内损害靶点与复方磷酸可待因止咳水、海洛因及摇头丸依赖类似,使脑内纹状体区DAT的功能受损。结果表明,脑内纹状体区域DAT为精神活性物质滥用作用的主要靶点。
