原位杂交法检测肿瘤生长激素抑制素受体亚型mRNA的表达

Abstract:
本研究采用原位杂交组织化学技术,探测高度表达人生长激素抑制素(简称生长抑素)受体的5种亚型(hSSTR1～5)的54例肿瘤标本,包括54例肿瘤SSTR亚型的表达模式及其中24例肺癌的表达密度。结果表明,SSTR1～5在癌组织中皆有不同程度的表达,在正常组织中未见有达到阳性阈值的细胞;SSTR1～5在不同的癌组织中的表达也不同。基于此,临床可望针对性地选用高特异性的SSA作为放射性核素载体,用于肿瘤的显像诊断及靶向治疗。
