Abstract:
本工作对188Re直接标记抗人结肠癌单克隆抗体CL-3的方法进行了详细的研究。以抗坏血酸作为抗体的还原剂,以SnCl2-柠檬酸还原188ReO4-溶液,进行抗体的直接标记。本方法操作简单、方便;标记率高(>95%)胶体含量小(<5%);标记完后不需纯化分离;标记物有良好的体外稳定性和较高的免疫活性,具有药盒化的前景
