不同甲状腺功能状态下血清瘦素水平的检测

Abstract:
采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定了43例甲亢患者、9例甲减患者、21例正常对照组的血清瘦素水平。结果表明不同甲状腺功能状态的男性与女性瘦素水平有显著性差异(P0.05)外,男、女甲减及女性甲亢均与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,甲状腺功能状态不同时,其指标之一甲状腺激素水平发生变化时,瘦素水平也发生了变化。
