~(51)Cr示踪法研究UDP-Gal在血小板储存中的作用

Abstract:

用51Cr示踪法对尿嘧啶二磷酸半乳糖(UDP-Gal)在4℃低温储存兔血小板中的保护作用进行了研究。结果显示在血小板中加入UDP-Gal进行储存,回输体内后在肝脏中的破坏率明显减少,寿命延长。表明UDP-Ga对低温储存的血小板具有良好的保护作用。
