Abstract:

食品药品的安全问题越来越受到人们关注,甲氧苄啶作为一种重要的磺胺类药物的增效剂,其在生产中产生的α-(2,4-二氨基-5-嘧啶)-3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基甲醇也引起了人们的关注.研究了α-(2,4-二氨基-5-嘧啶)-3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基甲醇合成新方法,以甲氧苄啶为起始原料,经过氧化\,还原两步反应得到目标化合物α-(2,4-二氨基-5-嘧啶)-3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基甲醇,合成总收率66%.所有的中间体和最终产物均由LC-MS\,1HNMR\,13CNMR和IR表征,实验测得数据与理论计算得到的
