一次性身体锻炼的短期情绪效益层级、性别差异及辅以音乐欣赏的影响

Abstract:

60名被试(19~26岁,层级、性别均衡)先后在跑台上完成30min中等强度定速跑(或走)及跑(或走)辅以音乐欣赏各1次(定速为前期自行调速实验中每个被试表现出的适宜跑速),并在实施前5min、期间30min和之后10min进行情绪状态(焦虑、抑郁、疲劳,愉悦、活力、流畅)自行测评(2个实验至少隔日安排,且被试身心状态、实验时间相当),拟揭示一次性身体锻炼及其辅以音乐欣赏的短期情绪效益层级、性别差异.研究表明一次性身体锻炼的愉悦、活力、流畅效益存在层级、性别差异,疲劳、抑郁感受存在层级差异,焦虑感受存在性别差异;而辅以音乐欣赏强化了愉悦、活力效益的层级、性别差异,弱化了流畅效益、抑郁感受的层级差异和焦虑感受的性别差异.这一研究成果将为更好地监测身体锻炼的心理效益以及科学参与身体锻炼提供理论支撑和方法指导.
