氧化应激指标与2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能 受损的相关性研究

Abstract:

目的探讨丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶和活性氧与2型糖尿病(type2diabetesmellitus,DM)患者胰岛β细胞功能受损的相关性。方法2013年1月至2014年1月2型糖尿病患者100例为DM组、糖耐量受损的患者55例为糖耐量减低(IGT)组和健康就诊者30例为对照组,测量对象的身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压等指标,计算体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR);空腹抽血测定空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C);采用双抗体两步夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、活性氧(ROS);采用稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-β)以及胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)评价胰岛β细胞功能。结果DM组患者TC、TG、FPG、FINS、MDA、ROS、HOMA-IR水平明显高于IGT组和对照组(P均<0.05),HDL-C、HOMA-β、ISI水平明显低于IGT组和对照组(P均<0.05);HOMA-IR与MDA和ROS呈正相关(P<0.01),与SOD呈负相关(P<0.01);HOMA-β和ISI与MDA和ROS呈负相关(P<0.01),与SOD呈正相关(P<0.01);Logistic回归分析显示,FINS,MDA,SOD,ROS是导致胰岛β细胞功能下降的危险因素。结论氧化应激与2型糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能受损密切相关。
