73例宫颈癌介入治疗的疗效观察

Abstract:

目的探讨宫颈癌介入治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析73例Ⅰb2~Ⅱb期的宫颈癌患者行介入治疗疗效。结果70例不同分期宫颈癌患者动脉灌注化疗栓塞后,临床症状缓解率100%,介入治疗总有效率为85.71%,Ib2期、Ⅱa期Ⅱb期治疗有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者术前行动脉灌注化疗/栓塞,可明显改善临床症状,近期疗效好,使更多患者获得手术机会。
