Abstract:
为探讨乳腺Paget病的钼靶X线表现,提高对该病诊断的准确性,回顾性分析6例经手术及病理证实的乳腺Paget病的X线表现及其病理资料。结果,乳头乳晕皮肤增厚2例,其中1例乳头凹陷,1例乳头后方可见大导管征;乳房内肿块1例;乳房内微小钙化1例;X线无阳性发现2例。乳腺Paget病的X线表现虽无明显特异性,但结合临床表现及病理检查,可提高对该病诊断的准确性。更多还原
