自制双腔管在外伤性胰外瘘引流中的应用

Abstract:
目的探讨自制的双腔管在外伤性胰外瘘外引流中的作用。方法回顾性总结11例胰外瘘的外引流方法,应用自行制作的滴水双腔负压吸引管进行引流。结果11例外伤性胰外瘘全部治愈。结论自制的滴水双腔负压吸引管引流,操作简便,经济实用,效果满意,具有较大的应用价值。
