体外循环预充还原型谷胱甘肽在心脏瓣膜术中的心肌保护作用

Abstract:

目的观察体外循环预充还原型谷胱甘肽对心脏瓣膜病患者术中的心肌保护作用。方法30例心脏瓣膜病患者随机分为两组,实验组(15例)在体外循环预充液中加入还原型谷胱甘肽(剂量1200mg),对照组(15例)在体外循环预充液中加入等量的盐水。分别于术前、主动脉开放2、12、24、48h共5个时间点采患者动或静脉血,分别测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)。结果实验组血清LDH在主动脉开放2、12、24、48h较相同时间的对照组有显著减低(P<0.05或<0.01);CK、AST在主动脉开放2、12、48h较相同时间的对照组有显著减低(P<0.05或<0.01);实验组血清CK-MB在主动脉开放2、24、48h较相同时间的对照组有显著减低(P<0.05或<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论体外循环预充还原型谷胱甘肽在心脏瓣膜手术中具有较好的心肌保护作用。
