环氧化酶2基因-765G>C位点多态性 在宁夏回、汉族人群的分布

Abstract:

目的探讨环氧化酶(Cyclooxygenase,COX)-2基因启动子区-765位点基因型和等位基因频率在宁夏回、汉族人群的分布。方法通过聚合酶链反应―限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术检测251例回族和285例汉族健康人群COX-2基因启动子区-765G>C多态性位点。结果COX-2-765G>C基因型GG、GC、CC和等位基因G、C的分布频率在宁夏汉族人群中是70.88%、27.72%、1.40%和84.74%、15.26%,在回族人群中是69.32%、29.88%、0.80%和84.26%、15.74%,两组间分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在宁夏男性人群中是73.94%、25.00%、1.06%和86.44%、13.56%,在女性人群中是65.87%、32.94%、1.19%和82.34%、17.66%,COX-2-765GC基因型在宁夏女性人群中分布高于男性(P=0.044)。结论COX-2-765G>C基因型和等位基因频率在宁夏回、汉民族间分布无差异,宁夏女性人群携带COX-2-765GC基因型多于男性。
