单开门椎管扩大成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病对颈椎活动度的影响

Abstract:

目的探讨单开门椎管扩大成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病对颈椎活动度的影响。方法2008年6月至2011年12月在宁夏医科大学总医院脊柱外科行颈椎后路单开门椎管扩大成形术的脊髓型颈椎病72例,应用头盔式颈椎活动度测量仪(由中国中医科学院望京医院提供,国家专利号ZL200620002019)测量患者术前、术后24个月的颈椎活动度(前屈、后伸、左侧弯、右侧弯、左旋、右旋)。结果本组的72例中63例患者术后得到完整随访,随访时间为术后24个月,9例失访。随访男35例,女28例,年龄52～69岁,平均年龄61岁。术后患者前屈、后伸、左旋和右旋颈椎活动度较术前差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论脊髓型颈椎病患者行颈后路单开门术后24个月,颈椎前屈、后伸、左旋和右旋活动度较术前下降明显,而左侧弯和右侧弯颈椎活动度无明显改变。
