股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折的临床分析

Abstract:
目的探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折的方法及疗效。方法将70例老年股骨转子间周围骨折患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗,对照组采用传统的髓内钉固定治疗,比较两组病例的平均手术时间、术中平均出血量及骨折愈合的优良率。结果手术平均时间研究组(106.2±4.40)min明显短于对照组(130.2±4.10)min,术中平均出血量研究组(283.3±2.3)mL明显少于对照组(353.3±2.8)mL,骨折愈合优良率研究组94.28%明显高于对照组85.71%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨近端防旋髓内钉具有坚强的内固定作用,且应力分散,抗旋转功能强,手术操作简单等,是治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折的理想方法之一。
