双源64层螺旋CT评价左心功能的临床应用研究

Abstract:

目的探讨双源64层螺旋CT左心功能评价的临床价值。方法收集我院临床拟诊为冠心病的患者56例,均行双源64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查和超声心动图检查。对比分析双源64层螺旋CT与超声心动图左心功能评价的各参数间的一致性及相关性。评估双源64层螺旋CT评价左心功能的准确性及其临床应用价值。结果双源64层螺旋CT测定左室心功能各指标略高于超声心动图,除舒张末期容积(EDV)和每搏输出量(SV)外,配对t检验结果差异无统计学意义。Pearson线性相关分析显示两种检查方法所得的所有心功能参数均具有高度的相关性(r=0.735～0.948,P<0.01)。结论双源64层螺旋CT定量评价左心功能,可提供准确的心功能参数,并能清晰显示心脏及冠脉的解剖结构,是值得推广的心功能评价的影像技术。
