医务人员职业伤害因素调查

Abstract:

目的研究医务人员职业伤害的现状及其相关因素。方法调查899名医务人员,调查内容包括一般资料、医务人员职业伤害的环境因素、医务人员职业伤害基本类型、医务人员损伤情况,并对所得资料进行统计分析。结果899名医务人员中10.2%的医务人员认为工作环境光线不充足,有27.6%的人认为工作空间拥挤,另有36.7%的人认为工作场所的空气太过混浊。医务人员对工作的环境及性质(噪音刺激、工作连续站立时间>4h/日、闻到异味、接触化学物质、接触病人的血液/体液)以及面临急危重病人等,其发生率或不满意度都超过了63%。对工作有摔倒和触电的危险,只有5%和3%的人表示经常出现。对其他职业危险因素的不满大多分布在40%~50%左右。结论接触性损伤仍然是职业损伤的重点,应从社会、医院和个人多方面关注医务人员的职业伤害,提高其防护能力。
