膝关节交叉韧带重建手术前后lysholm膝关节活动评分比较

Abstract:

目的比较膝关节交叉韧带重建手术前后膝关节lysholm评分情况,为临床治疗提供参考。方法将2003年1月-2012年1月期间在我院进行膝关节交叉韧带重建手术患者98例作为研究对象,对其术前、术后膝关节功能进行lysholm评分,按不同重建方式、术后不同康复方式、不同损伤韧带等进行分层比较,对结果进行评价分析。结果重建术患者术前lysholm平均评分为(48.5±14.6)分,低于术后24个月评分(90.7±3.6)分(P<0.05)。术后6个月,双束单隧道重建术患者lysholm平均评分为(94.5±3.6)分,高于单束单隧道重建术患者为(85.8±4.0)分(P<0.05)。单束单隧道重建术不良反应发生率为5.7%,高于双束单隧道的1.6%(P<0.05)。结论膝关节交叉韧带不同重建手术后可以提高lysholm膝关节活动评分,康复方式对术后lysholm膝关节活动评分影响较小。
