不孕症患者人格特点与指长比的相关性分析

Abstract:

目的探讨不孕症男女双方情绪及人格特点与指长比的相关性。方法使用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对121例拟行辅助生殖技术助孕的不孕症患者(女性80例,男性41例)进行调查。采用数码相机提取研究对象的左、右手照片,测量并计算左、右手各指长度。结果不孕症男女双方各指长比均值比较无明显差异;不孕症男女方内外向(E)评分经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不孕症女方双手高2D∶4D组与低2D∶4D组间个体心理状况比较无显著性差异;不孕症男方右手高2D∶4D组神经质分值高于低2D∶4D组;男性神经质(N)与右手2D∶4D有相关性(r=0.37,P<0.05)。结论不孕症女方情绪及人格特点与指长比无明显相关性,高2D∶4D的不孕症男方易焦虑、抑郁,遇到刺激有强烈的情绪反应。
