GTF双极股骨头置换与DHS内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折的疗效分析

Abstract:

目的比较GTF双极股骨头置换与DHS内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折临床疗效。方法将80例老年股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折(EvansIII、Ⅳ型)患者分为GTF双极股骨头置换组(39例)和DHS内固定组(41例),对其临床资料进行比较分析。结果GTF双极股骨头置换组出血量、住院时间、术后下床时间、并发症发生率均少于DHS内固定组,Harris(1、6个月)评分优于DHS内固定组(P<0.05)。结论治疗老年股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折需严格把握不同手术方式的适应症、禁忌症,尽量避免并发症的发生。
