基因对诊断非小细胞肺癌外周血微转移的意义

Abstract:

目的探讨CK19(cytokeratin19,CK19)基因表达在非小细胞肺癌(non-smallcelllungcancer,NSCLC)外周血微转移过程中的意义。方法采用real-timePCR检测NSCLC、肺良性病(benignlungdisease,BLD)患者和健康人外周血中CK19基因的表达及其与NSCLC外周血微转移的关系。结果NSCLC微转移患者的CK19mRNA的表达水平明显高于BLD患者和健康人(P<0.05),其中与健康组比较CK19mRNA表达水平上升了143%,与BLD组比较CK19mRNA表达水平上升了53%。结论CK19基因可作为检测非小细胞肺癌外周血微转移的重要指标。
