无精子症发生易感因素的研究进展

Abstract:

无精子症(azoospermia)是指育龄期男性连续3次精液离心镜检未见到精子(并排除不射精、逆行射精)。无精子症是男性不育的一种特殊类型,约占10%~20%,临床上分为梗阻性(OA)和非梗阻性无精子症(NOA)1。无精子症患者同时面对巨大的社会和家庭精神心理压力,但目前尚无有效的药物治疗方法。因此,对其发生的易感因素深入研究,将有助于无精子症的预防和选择个性化综合治疗提供策略性理论依据。
