急性缺血性卒中患者脑微出血的危险因素研究

Abstract:

目的探讨急性缺血性卒中患者脑微出血(cerebralmicrobleeds,CMBs)的相关危险因素。方法选择2012年11月-2013年6月于宁夏医科大学总医院神经内科住院的急性缺血性卒中患者共82例,应用磁敏感加权成像技术(susceptibilityweightedimaging,SWI)检测CMBs,根据检查结果,将82例患者分为病例组(有CMBs者,40例)和对照组(无CMBs者,42例),比较两组间实验室检查及影像学特点是否存在差异。结果急性缺血性卒中患者发生CMBs与高血压(χ2=11.923,P=0.001)、脑白质疏松(χ2=9.694,P=0.002)、腔隙性脑梗死(χ2=5.567,P=0.018)之间有显著相关性;Logistic回归分析显示,脑白质疏松(OR=6.640,P=0.001)、腔隙性脑梗死(OR=8.155,P<0.001),可能是急性缺血性卒中患者发生CMBs的独立危险因素。结论高血压、脑白质疏松、腔隙性脑梗死可能是急性缺血性卒中患者发生CMBs的危险因素。
