13例阴茎折断的诊治分析

Abstract:
目的总结阴茎折断患者的主要临床表现和治疗方式,分析术后疗效,以提高阴茎折断的诊治水平。方法对宁夏医科大学总医院2007年6月至2012年3月所收治13例阴茎折断患者的临床资料进行分析。结果12例采用手术治疗,其中7例折断位置明确,采用阴茎纵形切口修补阴茎海绵体白膜,余5例采用冠状沟环形脱套式切口探查,缝合修补阴茎海绵体白膜及阴茎深筋膜,手术均成功,术后7d切口拆线,均为I级愈合,无严重并发症发生。1例患者拒绝手术治疗,仅予保守治疗。12例住院时间7~11d,平均7.6d。随访15个月~6年,手术治疗的12例患者中失访1例,余11例均恢复良好,无勃起功能障碍、勃起痛及排尿困难等并发症;1例保守治疗者阴茎有弯曲畸形。结论多数情况下阴茎折断依靠其典型的受伤史及临床表现可及时正确诊断,手术是可靠和有效的治疗方法。
