Hook-wire在局限性肺磨玻璃样病变胸腔镜手术中的应用

Abstract:

目的探讨hook-wire在胸腔镜手术治疗肺部局限性磨玻璃样病变中的应用。方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月至2013年10月治疗的16例局限性肺磨玻璃样病变病人行胸腔镜手术的临床资料。患者均于术前在CT引导下行Hook-wire定位后行胸腔镜手术,统计Hook-wire定位成功率,手指触诊与Hook-wire定位的成功率、定位相关并发症。结果术前CT引导下Hook-wire定位成功率100%,CT定位平均时间为(15.20±5)min,并发气胸2例(12.5%),术中探查见发现定位针脱落位移1例(6.25%)。结论Hook-wire对病灶进行穿刺定位是一项有效、安全的技术,但应严格把握其指征。
