Bmi1与EZH2在食管鳞癌组织中的表达以及其临床意义

Abstract:

目的探讨Bmi1与EZH2在食管鳞癌组织中的表达情况,分析其表达对食管鳞癌患者生存率的影响。方法选取78例患者的食管鳞癌组织石蜡标本以及癌旁组织石蜡标本,分析Bmi1与EZH2在食管鳞癌患者组织的表达情况及其与患者生存期的关系。结果肿瘤组织Bmi1与EZH2的免疫反应(IS)得分均明显高于癌旁组织(P0.05)。结论食管鳞癌患者的Bmi1与EZH2的表达异常影响患者的病情的发生和发展及术后生存率。
