维生素D受体基因ApaI、TaqI位点多态性与宁夏地区回、汉族白癜风的关联性

Abstract:

目的研究维生素D受体(VitaminDRecepeter,VDR)基因ApaI、TaqI位点多态性与宁夏地区回、汉族白癜风患者遗传易感性的关系。方法应用PCR-RFLP技术,检测了宁夏回汉族白癜风患者的VDR基因ApaI、TaqI位点基因型及等位基因分布频率。结果宁夏白癜风患者ApaI位点的aa基因型、a等位基因分布频率明显高于对照组(P0.05)。宁夏地区白癜风患者组TaqI位点TT、Tt基因型分布频率高于总正常人群;回族白癜风患者TT、Tt基因型及T等位基因的分布频率高于回族正常人;汉族白癜风患者组与汉族对照组之间基因型差异无统计学意义,而T等位基因的分布频率高于汉族正常人群;回、汉族正常对照组间各基因型和等位基因的比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ApaI位点的aa基因型及a等位基因可能与宁夏地区回、汉族白癜风相关联,TaqI位点基因多态性与宁夏地区回族白癜风相关联。
