胃癌、胃黏膜不典型增生、胃炎组织中 iNOS和VEGF的表达及其相关性研究

Abstract:

目的研究诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌、胃黏膜不典型增生、胃炎组织的表达及其相关性。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测39例胃癌组织,24例胃黏膜不典型增生组织和33例胃炎组织iNOS和VEGF的表达。结果iNOS和VEGF在慢性胃炎、胃黏膜不典型增生及胃癌组织中的表达呈平行性递增关系,每两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),iNOS和VEGF在慢性胃炎、胃黏膜不典型增生及胃癌组织中的表达均有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论iNOS和VEGF在胃癌的发生发展过程中起促进作用,iNOS可能通过诱导VEGF表达促进胃癌血管形成,进而促进胃癌的生长。
