122例鼻中隔偏曲并慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床研究

Abstract:

目的探讨鼻中隔偏曲在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(chronicrhinosinusitis,CRS)中的致病作用。方法对122例CRS患者临床资料进行回顾性研究,并设对照组111例非慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(no-chronicrhinosinusitis,N-CRS)患者进行鼻腔检查,比较鼻中隔偏曲的发生情况。〖HTXK〗结果122例CRS患者中56例合并鼻中隔偏曲,占45.90%,其中鼻中隔偏曲并双侧CRS36例,偏曲侧10例,偏曲对侧10例;对照组中111例非CRS患者19例并鼻中隔偏曲,占17.11%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.06,P<0.01)。结论鼻中隔偏曲是CRS发病的重要原因之一。
