布比卡因等比重腰麻液用于剖宫产手术的研究

Abstract:
为评价7.5mg(0.25%)布比卡因等比重腰麻液行剖宫产手术的临床效果,80例行剖宫产术的临产妇,应用腰硬联合包穿刺成功后,A组(60例)用脑脊液将1mL0.75%的布比卡因原液稀释到3mL,B组(20例)用0.75%布比卡因2mL原液,按1mL/10s的速度注入珠网膜下腔。观察术前、术中和术后的生命体征,注药时哪侧肢体先发热,不同身高、体重孕产妇的感觉阻滞平面(针刺法),术中麻醉效果,用药情况,新生儿Apgar评分,不良反应情况及术后肢体活动恢复时间。结果,A、B组患者麻醉效果差异无统计学意义,低血压发生率A组多于B组(P0.05)。提示7.5mg(0.25%)剂量布比卡因等比重腰麻行剖宫产术,麻醉效果确切,不良反应少,值得推广,但要注意身高对麻醉平面的影响。更多还原
