慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中IFN-γ、IL-10、TGF-β1 水平与HBV-DNA载量的关系

Abstract:

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者(CHB)血清中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的水平与HBV-DNA载量的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)测定血清中IFN-γ、IL-10、TGF-β1的水平,荧光定量PCR法测血清HBV-DNA载量。结果IFN-γ水平与HBV-DNA载量呈负相关(r=-0.325,P<0.01);IL-10水平与HBV-DNA载量呈正相关(r=0.343,P<0.05);TGF-β1与HBV-DNA载量无明显相关性(r=0.093,P<0.01)。结论血清中细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-10及TGF-β1与HBV-DNA复制密切相关。
