沙培林免疫诱导大鼠大网膜Ⅰ型乳斑变化的研究

Abstract:

目的观察炎症状态下,大鼠大网膜Ⅰ型乳斑面积、数量及巨噬细胞超微结构的变化,探讨Ⅰ型乳斑在腹腔中的作用。方法SD大鼠腹腔注射沙培林诱导免疫反应,微粒子活性炭和HE染色双重标记大网膜乳斑,Image-ProPlus软件测定Ⅰ型乳斑的数量和面积,电镜观察两组Ⅰ型乳斑内巨噬细胞的超微结构。结果实验组与对照组相比,Ⅰ型乳斑面积显著增大(0.316±0.066)mm2比(0.102±0.041)mm2,P<0.01,Ⅰ型乳斑数量显著增多(11.053±1.543)个/cm2比(1.913±0.851)个/cm2,P<0.01。实验组Ⅰ型乳斑巨噬细胞内的线粒体、溶酶体、高尔基体等细胞器丰富,粗面内质网肿胀扩张,伪足粗大密集。结论沙培林使Ⅰ型乳斑数量增多、面积增大,并能够激活Ⅰ型乳斑内的巨噬细胞,表明Ⅰ型乳斑在腹腔内起到重要的免疫功能。
