经椎弓根V形截骨矫形治疗陈旧性胸腰段骨折并后凸畸形

Abstract:

目的分析经椎弓根V形截骨矫形治疗创伤后胸腰段后凸畸形效果。方法2006年2月至2010年11月收住的陈旧性胸腰椎骨折并后凸畸形患者13例,均采用经椎弓根V形截骨矫形椎弓根钉内固定治疗术,观察治疗效果。结果全部患者后凸畸形矫正率平均为86%,无严重手术并发症。随访时间,平均23个月(5~43个月),13例均骨性融合,3例术后神经功能有改善,腰背部疼痛缓解有显著性改变(P?0.01)。结论经椎弓根截骨能够同时达到减压、矫形、融合的目的,对于治疗胸腰段创伤后后凸畸形是一种安全有效的方法。
