D-二聚体在骨盆骨折围手术期的变化及其临床意义

Abstract:

目的探讨骨盆骨折病人血浆D-二聚体(D-dimer,DD)在围手术期的变化及其临床意义。方法采用免疫比浊法测定36例骨盆骨折患者受伤后、术前、术后第1天及术后第3天血浆D-二聚体水平。结果骨盆骨折病人受伤后、术前、术后第1天、术后第3天血浆D-二聚体浓度均高于正常值上限,且受伤后及术后第1天D-二聚体数值达到两个高峰期。结论骨盆骨折病人围手术期DD水平明显升高,围手术期DD动态监测对于血栓形成的预防重要意义。
